Pro Shop raised $24 million in Series B financing to expand its media, entertainment, live events, and commerce businesses. Arthur M. Blank Sports and Entertainment led the round. New investors Causeway Media Partners and Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment funds joined returning investors including the PGA Tour, Powerhouse Capital, and Phoenix Capital Ventures.

Pro Shop plans to invest the capital in digital media, original programming, talent-led franchises, premium live events, competition formats, and social-first content.

The company will also expand its owned media and commerce businesses and pursue strategic acquisitions and partnerships across golf, media, and technology.

Pro Shop reaches more than 35 million unique users across its portfolio and said revenue has doubled year over year.

Its entertainment operations include Pro Shop Studios, which produced Netflix’s Full Swing and co-produced Happy Gilmore 2 and The Hawk.

Pro Shop has also expanded into live competition through the PGA Tour’s Creator Classic and the revived Skins Game.

Its broader portfolio includes GolfWRX, Sugarloaf Social Club, and Paige Co.

    The Series B follows Pro Shop’s $20 million Series A in 2024.

“The last two years have only reinforced that belief. We’ve deliberately built Pro Shop to meet modern golf fans wherever they are and give them more ways into the game. This investment allows us to keep building on that vision, backing great talent, creating new formats, and expanding the experiences that connect golf to the broader culture.”

Chad Mumm, Co-Founder and President of Pro Shop

“Our investment in Pro Shop extends the ways we connect with golfers and fans through the programming they will produce.”

Troy Rice, CEO of PGA TOUR Superstore

“We have seen firsthand the creativity and ambition the team brings to everything they do and are excited to support the next phase of what they’re building.”

Chris Wandell, PGA Tour SVP, Media & Licensing, and Pro Shop Board Member
